Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment for items in stock. Orders placed for our of stock items takes approximately 25-30 days.

Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping: 1-5 business days for in stock products. 25-30 days for out of stock products such as machines and material refills.

Order Tracking

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International Orders: Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs Clearance: Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Magnetize is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Lost or Damaged Items

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at Jenny.frost@magnetize-moments.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
